Exterior Projects

In his first Flint house, Thomas found countless projects for himself, inside and out. Take a look at some of the before pictures of the home's exterior, and the projects that transformed it. Thomas evened the grade and added window wells, demolished the old deck and built a new one with a hand-crafted pergola, stained the old shaker siding, and built new soffits on the roof. (He also laid a brick paver walkway and redesigned the landscaping around the perimeter of the house, but Shadow Hammer isn't in that market!) Still, goes to show there isn't much Thomas can't accomplish.
